Text Message Terms and Conditions

Hill Resources operates the Drewsey staffing text message programme for its own employees. Drewsey is the internal staffing system Hill Resources uses to schedule and communicate with its workforce. The programme is for current employees only. It is not open to the public, and only mobile numbers that match a current employee record can be enrolled.

• Shift reminders for shifts you are scheduled to work.
• Open shift and overtime offers, and requests for coverage.
• Notices when your schedule changes.
• Reminders when a certification such as CPR, first aid or a driver's license is approaching expiration.
• Scheduling messages from your manager.

Messages are limited to scheduling and staffing. They never include information about the individuals we support — no names, no health information, no details about their care. We never send marketing or promotional messages.

You join by text, and only by text. Text SHIFTS to 325-230-0572 from the mobile number you want us to use. You will receive a message describing the programme and asking you to reply Y to confirm. You are not enrolled and will receive no messages until you reply Y. No one can enroll you — not your manager, not HR. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency varies with your schedule and is typically fewer than ten messages per week. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Hill Resources does not charge you for these messages; your wireless carrier may.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help. Stopping messages does not affect your employment in any way. If you opt out and later want messages again, text SHIFTS to 325-230-0572 and confirm.

Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not a way to report an emergency; in an emergency call 911 and follow your agency's emergency procedures.

Our handling of your information is described in the Text Message Privacy Policy at drewsey.com/privacy. We do not sell or rent your number, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
